Thanks to the progress made in development, Day By Day is close to being officially launched on Mainnet. The Web3 insurance platform will become the first of its kind to offer a wide range of services that combine NFTs and DeFi in an innovative way to offer coverage. Testnet advances
During the last few years, the different modules of the platform have been incorporated into testnet, which have made it possible to underpin the development of all the functionalities. In this way, progress was made in the construction of the platform, making the different functions available to users.
This has allowed the development team to identify and correct various bugs, obtaining efficient operation. Thanks to the modular architecture present in Day By Day, each module can be analyzed separately, without affecting the functionality of the rest of the platform, which provides greater guarantees from a technical point of view.
On the other hand, all the procedures necessary to provide the most complete insurance platform through Web3 were also successfully tested. All the remaining time, before the official launch on the mainnet, will be used to continue adjusting every detail of the platform and to be able to provide security regarding its operation.
User interface development
During the time that our development in testnet has lasted, our team has also focused on developing and improving our entire user interface. Improvements have been introduced from the panels of the different modules to our mobile app. This process is still advancing, which is why all our interfaces will incorporate improvements.
Another of the improvements that our team is working on is regarding the design of our website. It has been incorporating new designs over time, but currently the team is focused on improving the UX/UI, with the intention of improving the user experience.
The user experience is one of the fundamental axes in the Day By Day design plan, since the objective is that users can enjoy a simple and intuitive platform. In this way, the team will continue to work on these areas to continue to improve all aspects.
Mainnet launch coming soon
Once all the parameters are set, Day By Day will officially launch its platform to Mainnet with all its functionalities available. A certain date cannot be established yet, since developments often need to lengthen the deadlines a bit in order to guarantee efficient operation, but we can say that it is only one step away.
The modules that will be launched in the main network, accessible from all regions, will be those of: Underwriting and minting of NFT policies. Through Underwriting, users will be able to provide liquidity to the different pools that will be in charge of responding to claims. In this case, users become holders of an LP, which they can sell on the marketplace to transfer that position. Through the minting of NFT Policies, users mint a non-fungible token with personalized parameters to offer asset coverage, such as term and events to cover. In all cases, users will receive rewards in the future.
One of the major milestones of the launch will be enabling the app to contract Web3 insurance from Australia. In this way, the inhabitants of this region will be able to access coverage for all their assets, in a more flexible, safe and transparent way.
